At FLAGSHIP our relocation management services come second to none. We understand that each client and each individual has unique and specific needs. Right from our implementation phase we have built into our technology and our processes the ability to offer customized relocation assistance solutions – not “cookie cutter” programs. We specialize in domestic relocation, international relocation, and corporate relocation services. We develop strategic partnerships with our clients by offering single points of contact for you our client (Global Account Manager) and for their employees (Global Relocation Manager), supported by a fully integrated account team and a board-level executive sponsor.
FLAGSHIP invests heavily in relocation assistance technology and uses an integrated SAP Enterprise Solution with design features and built-in processes that support the lifecycle of global assignment and domestic relocation. This single relocation management platform supports worksharing and integration between operations, business units, and finance. Our SAP Business Objects software supports comprehensive standard and custom reporting online through our ReloWeb® Client Portal.
Our staff, our suppliers, and our providers are managed/evaluated on an ongoing basis, as part of our ISO 9001-2008 Registered Quality Service System and MORE® Program.
